甲苯咪唑?yàn)橐粋€(gè)廣譜驅(qū)腸蟲藥，體內(nèi)或體外試驗(yàn)均證明能直接抑制線蟲對(duì)葡萄糖的攝入，導(dǎo)致糖原耗竭，使它無法生存，具有顯著的殺滅幼蟲、抑制蟲卵發(fā)育的作用，但不影響人體內(nèi)血糖水平。可用于防治鉤蟲、蛔蟲、蟯蟲、鞭蟲、糞類回線蟲等腸道寄生蟲病。
注意事項(xiàng)：（1）少數(shù)病例可出現(xiàn)輕微頭昏，腹瀉，腹部不適，偶有蛔蟲游走造成腹痛或吐蛔現(xiàn)象（與小劑量噻嘧啶合并應(yīng)用后可避免發(fā)生），但均不影響治療。
（2）除習(xí)慣性便秘者外，不需服瀉藥。
（3）動(dòng)物試驗(yàn)表明本品可致畸胎，故孕婦忌用。
（4）嚴(yán)重的副作用多發(fā)生于劑量過大、用藥時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)、間隔時(shí)間過短或合用腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素的病列，應(yīng)引起注意。

Mebendazole is a broad-spectrum insect repellent. In vivo or in vitro experiments have proved that it can directly inhibit the intake of glucose by nematode worms, leading to glycogen depletion, making it unable to survive. It has a significant effect in killing larvae and inhibiting the development of insect eggs, but it does not affect the level of blood glucose in human body. It can be used to control the intestinal parasitic diseases such as hookworm, roundworm, pinworm, whipworm and echinacea.

Note :(1) in a small number of cases, mild dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, and occasional travel of roundworms resulting in abdominal pain or ascaris (which can be avoided when combined with a small dose of thiacil) may occur, but do not interfere with treatment.

(2) no laxative is needed except for those with habitual constipation.

(3) animal experiments show that this product can cause teratogenesis, so pregnant women should not use it.

(4) serious side effects occur in patients with excessive dose, too long duration of medication, too short interval or combined use of adrenocorticosteroids, which should be paid attention to.
