　　五、性能：無水焦磷酸鉀為白色粉末，相對密度2.534,熔點1109℃,易吸濕而潮解,易溶于水不溶于乙醇,25℃時100克水中溶解187克,能和堿土金屬和重金屬離子發生螯合作用。

　　六、用途：在食品加工中主要用作乳化劑，品質改良劑、螯合劑、面制品堿水劑。可用于速凍水產品的保鮮、保水及品質改良;在肉制品加工中與其它磷酸鹽復合使用效果更佳;提高冰淇淋膨脹率，可改善面類，糕點口味，防止干酪老化等。

　　七、包裝：內襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料編織袋，每袋25Kg。

　　八、貯存與運輸：應貯在干燥、通風清潔的庫房中，輕裝輕放，防止受潮、受熱，運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應與有毒物品隔離堆放。

　　5.Character: White powder, the relative density is 2.534 and melting point is 1109°C. It easily absorbs moisture and deliquesces, easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol.

　　6.Uses: It is used as emulsifier, quality modifier and chelae agent. It is also used in keeping fresh and improving quality of aquatic products. And it can increase the swelling of ice cream, improve the flavor of cakes and pastries and prevent the cheese from aging.

　　7.Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

　　8.Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry and ventilate warehouse, kept away from water and moisture during transport, Unloaded with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
