一種新型雙子型氟碳表面活性劑，已取得專利。該表面活性劑是以親水性的單酯二氯丙烷為聯接基團的新型親水柔性間隔基的雙子型氟碳表面活性劑。該表面活性劑通過全氟烷基磺酰氟與N，N-二甲基-1，2-乙二胺或N，N-二甲基-1，3-丙二胺反應得中間產物N-[(二甲氨基)-烷基)全氟烷基磺酰胺，然后與單酯二氯丙烷進行季銨化反應而得產品。該表面活性劑能極大降低溶液的表面張力，起泡力強，去污力優良且無異味，色澤佳，復配性能好，合成工藝簡單。
主要涉業精細化工、醫藥中間體和各種化學試劑。注意兩個甲基分別在兩個N上面，是對稱結構的。現在能買到的都是兩個甲基同在一個N上的。
分子量88.1，有氨臭的無色澄清液體。熔點8．5℃。沸點116-117℃。密度0．8994g/cm3。閃點43.3℃。自燃點385℃。折射率1．4540(26℃)。溶于水，生成水合乙二胺，也溶于甲醇、乙醇，微溶于醚，不溶于苯。呈強堿性。能從空氣中吸收二氧化碳生成不揮發的碳酸鹽。與醋酸、醋酐、二硫化碳、氯碘酸、鹽酸、發煙硫酸、過氧酸銀等反應劇烈。易燃，遇火種、高溫、氧化劑有燃燒的危險。有毒，能刺激眼睛、皮膚和粘膜，高濃度吸入會發生致命中毒。
