產品描述：alpha-_x000D_ Amanitinalpha-Amanitin is a potent inhibitor of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase II._x000D_ Target: RNA polymerase II [1]_x000D_ in vitro: a-Amanitin is a toxic substance from the mushroom Amanita phalloides, is a potent inhibitor of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase II (the nucleoplasmic form) from sea urchin, rat liver, and calf thymus. This compound exerts no eflect on the activity of polymerase I (nucleolar form) or polymerase III (also nucleoplasmic). The inhibition is due to a specific interaction with polymerase or with a complex of DNA and polymerase II. [1] alpha-Amanitin is potentially valuable in many research fields, such as the localization of genes in different cells, studying on cell membrane transport system and the identification of virus.[2]_x000D_ in vivo: alpha-Amanitin is one of the most toxic amatoxins in wild Amanita mushrooms. The survival rates of mice after injection of alpha-Amanitin in caudal vein at the dosage from 0.2 to 0.5 mg/kg were displayed .
